What You Can Do.
Supplier List
Add, edit and remove suppliers with their contact details.
Purchase Orders
Create purchase orders and move them through Pending, Approved, Ordered, Shipped, Received or Cancelled. Available from Kecil.
On-Time Rate
When an order is marked Received, it is compared with the expected delivery date to update the supplier's on-time rate.
Reorder Suggestions
Suggested order quantities based on recent daily sales, with a 7-day safety stock.
How It Works.
- Open Supply Chain and add a supplier.
- Create a purchase order for that supplier.
- Update the status as the order moves.
- Mark it Received when it arrives.
Good to Know.
- Marking a purchase order Received does not add the items to your stock yet; update stock separately.
- Purchase orders are not sent to suppliers by KopasAI; send them yourself.
