Once your Facebook Page is connected, you can publish posts from KopasAI to Facebook, and to Instagram if your Page has a linked Instagram Business account.
Connect Your Accounts
- Open Connect Facebook / Instagram and tap Connect Account.
- Sign in with Facebook in the window that opens. In a browser, allow pop-ups for this site if the window is blocked.
- After you sign in, KopasAI shows which Facebook Page is connected and whether it has a linked Instagram Business account.
If the Page has no linked Instagram Business account, you can still publish to Facebook. Link the Instagram account to the Page in Meta first to publish there too.
Plan and Publish Posts
- Open Marketing and choose Marketing Calendar, then Schedule Content.
- Enter a title and the message, choose a content type (promotion, announcement, reminder or seasonal), the platform, and the date and time.
- Add an image. Instagram requires one.
- When you are ready, tap Publish now on the item. Planned items are not published automatically, so publish them yourself on the day.
After You Publish
- Page Insights shows reactions, comments and shares on your Facebook Page.
- In Instagram comments you can reply to comments or hide them. Replies are written by you.
- You can disconnect the accounts at any time from the same screen.
